Payment Terms

Payments are accepted by Visa and Mastercard bank cards through the payment provider integrated on the Website.

Payment is made online when you place an order. Other payment methods may be agreed individually — write to us at [email protected]

All prices on the Website are stated in United States dollars (USD). The charge may be made by the payment provider in its settlement currency at its exchange rate at the time of payment.

Prices are final. No value added tax is charged, as the seller is not a VAT payer.

If your card is denominated in a different currency, your issuing bank may apply its own conversion rate and charge a conversion fee. The seller does not influence these terms and does not compensate exchange rate differences.

The seller may change prices. The price applied to an order is the one in effect at the time the order was placed.

An order is deemed paid once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.

A payment confirmation is sent to the email address of your account. An invoice is provided on request at [email protected]

An issued invoice is valid for 12 hours from the moment it is created.

An unpaid invoice is cancelled automatically after that period. No funds are charged, and you can place the order again at any time.

Data transmitted between your browser and the Website is protected by TLS encryption.

Bank card details are entered on the secure page of the payment provider. The seller does not receive, process or store the card number, its expiry date or the CVV/CVC code.

The payment provider is certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Card transactions are verified using the 3-D Secure protocol (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) where it is supported by the card issuing bank.

All products on the Website are digital. No physical delivery is made.

Access to a paid module is granted automatically once the payment is confirmed: the module appears in your client area and a notification is also sent by email to your account address.

Access is normally granted within a few minutes of payment. If it has not appeared within 24 hours, write to us at [email protected] — we will check the payment and grant access.

Module files are downloaded from the client area via a secure link. Download access is not time-limited.

A declined transaction most often comes from the issuing bank: card limits, online payments disabled, or insufficient funds. Please check the reason with your bank.

No funds are charged for an unsuccessful transaction. If funds were charged but access was not granted, write to us at [email protected] — we will check the payment and either grant access or refund it.
