Facebook OAuth login for billmanager

Overview

This plugin adds Facebook login to billmanager — an account of the largest social network. Customers sign in to the client area and register in one click over OAuth 2.0, without a password, while existing customers can link their Facebook account to their profile.

It fits hosting providers with an international audience: it lowers the sign-up barrier and simplifies login by reusing the Facebook account customers already have.

How it works

1. On the login page the customer clicks Facebook button.
2. The plugin redirects the customer to the Facebook authorization page.
3. After consent, Facebook returns a code that is exchanged for the user's data (email, realname).
4. billmanager finds the customer by link or creates a new one and signs them in.

Installation

The plugin is installed using a script that you will receive in the archive immediately after purchasing the module.
